Meet Josh

Josh Tyler is a Dallas-area REALTOR® and real estate developer with more than 20 years of residential real estate experience. Growing up around residential and commercial construction gave him an early understanding of quality building, thoughtful design, and what creates long-term value in a home.

Throughout his career, Josh has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, renovations, and development projects, giving him a practical, hands-on perspective that goes far beyond traditional real estate sales.

Today, he brings that experience together through Five Pines Development Co., developing high-quality manufactured and modular homes throughout North Texas.

The goal is simple: affordable housing should still be stylish, well-built, thoughtfully designed, and something homeowners are proud to own.
